Oct 30 - Day 303: Fall Foliage

All these years I use to shoot my pictures in JPEG and just started shooting RAW. I am learning to process RAW images and am struggling with it. The only way I am going to learn is by practice and hence I am going to shoot in RAW. If the images do not look real or over processed, pardon me and please leave your feedback. It will help me improve. Thanks!

I never get bored of taking a walk in Central Park. I can do it almost everyday and I enjoy the walks to the core. Each time I go, I am tempted to take pictures. I must have taken numerous pictures of this side of the park from Gapstow bridge. Expect to see lot more here.

Week # 44 / 2 - High ISO

Week # 44 / 1 - High ISO

The theme this week is photos with high ISO, 1600 & higher. This was taken at ISO 1600. I usually adjust my aperture and shutter speed for light and use high ISO unless it is absolutely required. Most of the pictures I took with high ISO have lot of noise and try to avoid it. But today was a perfect day to try high ISO. It was a cloudy day and long exposure (slow shutter speed) would require holding the camera sturdy, which I absolutely can not do. High ISO did the trick!
