Aug 4 - Times Square billboard

This ad goes around the building and was not sure what exactly they were advertising but found it interesting. Looking at the picture, looks like it is an advertisement asking people to use the subway? mmm.. not sure

    To me, it looks like Target ad with those red circles :).
