I was in Karimnagar to attend couple of ceremonies and stayed at my aunt's place. She got these pots painted for one of her children's marriage. There is a ritual before and after marriage, which is performed in front of the pots. In olden days, people just used clay pots but nowadays everyone has become so creative and are getting the pots painted to make them look attractive. There was another set of pots in her house that she got it decorated for her another child's marraige but I liked these a lot! Aren't these beautiful?
