Aug 31 - Yesterday's Lunch

Ground chicken is one of my go to meats when I need to cook something in a hurry. Though it is not one of my favorites, I don't mind it once in a while. This was my yesterday's lunch with some frozen chapati. Recipe here.

Aug 30 - Still Life: Squash ~ Bottle Gourd

Aug 29 - Still Life, Snake Gourd

This month flew by in a jiffy. I did not take many pictures. I took a few for the cooking blog but most of them were in a hurry to update the blog. I did post a few on Instagram which were taken with my iPhone. I don't think I shall be taking any pictures for this blog for the next few days but shall share food pictures which I take for my cooking blog, MySpicyKitchen. Aug 7 - From the Kitchen: West African Street Food, Accara with Sosu Kaani

Accara is a popular street food in West Africa. Accara is black eyed peas fritter served with sosu kaani, a dipping sauce prepared with habanero peppers. I will update updated the recipe on the food blog in couple of days.
