Feb5~Day 36 - Perfect bake, straight out of the oven!
I pre-planned for tomorrow night’s super bowl dinner and baked this cake late this evening. It came out so good that I am afraid it might not make it to the dinner tomorrow night! Every 10-15 minutes I am going into the kitchen, slicing a thin piece and munching on it.
@mindmidget It is blueberry cake. As the cake baked, my apartment was filled with spiced blueberry aroma and am sure you could smell it all the way across the river too... :-)
